Welcome to Astra Digital Services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Definitions
"Astra Digital Services" (referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "the Company") operates a digital platform that assists students in filling out and submitting examination application forms including but not limited to NEET UG, NEET PG, CET, JEE Main, CUET, and scholarship applications.
"User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Services, including students and guardians who use the platform for examination application assistance.
2. Services Offered
Astra Digital Services provides the following services:
- Assistance with exam application form filling for various competitive and entrance examinations.
- Document collection, verification, and secure storage for application purposes.
- Application submission tracking and status updates.
- Guidance and support throughout the application process.
We act as an intermediary service provider and do not guarantee admission or selection in any examination. The final acceptance or rejection of any application rests solely with the respective examination authority.
3. User Accounts
- To use our Services, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and application processes.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Fees and Payments
- Each service has a specified application fee displayed on our platform before submission.
- Fees are collected as service charges for application assistance and are separate from any fees charged by examination authorities.
- All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment card information.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable unless the service could not be provided due to reasons attributable to us.
- We reserve the right to modify fees at any time, with prior notice on the platform.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- If the application could not be submitted due to a technical error on our platform.
- If duplicate payments were made for the same service.
- If a service was paid for but the application window has closed before we could process it, provided the delay was on our part.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment via email to astragoldandddiamonds@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
6. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all information and documents provided.
- You must not upload forged, fraudulent, or misleading documents.
- You must not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
- You must not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's security or functionality.
- Any consequences arising from incorrect or false information are your sole responsibility.
7. Document Upload and Storage
- Documents uploaded to our platform are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of application processing.
- We employ encryption and secure storage practices to protect your documents.
- Uploaded documents may be retained for a period of up to 12 months after application completion for reference purposes, after which they will be securely deleted.
- You may request deletion of your documents at any time by contacting our support team.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on the platform are owned by Astra Digital Services or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Astra Digital Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
- We do not guarantee the outcome of any examination application.
- We are not responsible for any delays or failures caused by examination authorities, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on the platform.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
